ChexSystems is a credit reporting agency governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act just like Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, and Innovis. ChexSystems tracks our banking history. Being blacklisted on ChexSystems can cause a person to NOT be able to open a bank account.
